I’m Sue Quirante, a graduate of the University of the Philippines College of Education in Diliman. I finished a degree in Secondary Education with a double major in Social Studies and Communication Arts – English.
At present, I am a public secondary school teacher in a junior science high school. I also have some experience as a teacher of English as a Second Language to Japanese students and as a pre-service teacher of Social Studies – Civics to sixth graders in the UP Integrated School. Outside the classroom I have been a freelance writer, copy editor and proof reader, library assistant, teaching assistant, research enumerator, and amateur web graphics designer. This is better discussed in my LinkedIn profile.
I will be using this blog as an online work desk and portfolio of the things that interest me, loosely tied to teaching and learning.
